Certainly, some items may be ready to ship. So the total delivery date includes the time that will take to customize your costumes and the time taken for the finished package to be shipped to you. 

Delivery Time = Process Time (5-10 Days) + Shipping Time

Note: All products you ordered from CosplayPocket.com can be canceled within 24 hours, free of charge. While orders canceled after 24 hours will bear a handling fee equalling 50% of the item price. Thank you so much for your understanding.

There're several kinds of shipping methods for your selection. The shipping time of your items depends on the shipping method you choose. And we highly recommend you pick Express Shipping in order to receive your package sooner.

1. Express Shipping - DHL/ FedEx/ UPS/ EMS

    US & Canada: 3 to 7 business days (about 10 business days for Hawaii)
    Europe: 2 to 8 business days
    Asia: 2 to 6 business days
    Australia: 3 to 7 business days
    Mexico & South American: 5 to 10 business days
    Middle East: 6 to 10 business days

2. Economic Shipping

    US & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
    Europe: 7 to 15 business days
    Asian & Australia: 5 to 17 business days
    Mexico & South America: 12 to 25 business days
    Middle East: 10 to 25 business days

Please note shipping couriers such as DHL is fast while you may need to pay the tax due to your country's customs policy. We always declare a low value on the package. But if you need to avoid the tax, please inform us you prefer shipping via Post Office which is slow, not a good option when you need it very soon. Otherwise, we'll choose the shipping method we think that can reach you in time. We're not responsible for paying the tax.
