CANCEL ORDERS
Your order will be processed immediately after we receive it. Therefore, if you need, you should contact us to cancel your order within 24 hours. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a handling fee equalling 50% of the product price. Thank you so much for your understanding.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)
Size Issues - CosplayPocket.com is not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by customers. Of course, we will try our best to solve problems for our customers. If the standard size products, we can exchange the item for you, and you just need to bear the shipping fee. For custom-made products, we recommend that you keep the original items and reorder a new product with a 20% discount, or send your order back to us for revision, and you will need to pay the revision fee.

RETURN & REFUND (if applicable)
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Please contact us within 30 days after delivery if you want to return or exchange it.

To be qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns that are washed, damaged, worn, or altered in any way. And special Sale Items, Clearance Items, Lucky Bags, and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return and review it, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return package. And we will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Additionally, returns will be at your own expense. Plus original shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Please do not send your returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will obstruct the processing of your return.
